Production worker uniekaas

As an inpakmedewerker fabriek at Uniekaas, you will contribute to delivering high-quality cheese products to customers in the Netherlands and beyond. In this role, you’ll work in a clean and modern production environment, ensuring that our cheeses are carefully packaged and ready for shipment. With your attention to detail and team-oriented mindset, you’ll play an important part in keeping the production process running smoothly. No prior experience is needed, as we provide full on-the-job training.

What You Will Do:

• Process: place and inspect cheese blocks on the production line.
• Package: neatly pack sliced cheese and prepare it for shipment.
• Inspect: check labels and product quality according to guidelines.
• Maintain: keep your workspace clean and safe at all times.
• Collaborate: work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless production process.
• Working in shifts: morning (06:00 – 14:00), afternoon (14:00 – 22:00), or night (22:00 – 06:00).

• An hourly salary of €15.52–€21.72, including allowances.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible working hours starting from 24 hours per week.
• Shift allowances: 130% (18:00-22:00) and 140% (22:00-7:00).
• Travel reimbursement starting from 10 km.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training, no prior experience needed.
• A friendly work atmosphere with supportive and sociable colleagues.

• Available for 2- or 3-shift work
• Living in the Waalwijk, Kaatsheuvel, or Tilburg area and able to get to work by yourself
• Available at least 3 days per week
• Willing to do physical work
• VMBO-level education; production experience is a plus
• You speak either Dutch and/or English on a communicative level.
