Wat je gaat doen At IFF’s Nourish division, you will help transform raw ingredients into high-quality powdered flavors. Together with your team, you will ensure every batch meets the highest standards for taste, safety, and consistency.
Your responsibilities:- Collecting and weighing raw materials according to recipes
- Adding ingredients to machines and monitoring the process
- Mixing raw materials into flavor blends
- Packaging finished products into bags (up to 23 kg)
- Preparing batches for shipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Working hours (3-shift system):- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
Wat we je bieden - Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift bonus on all worked hours
- 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way)
- Pension plan starting on your first working day
- Possibility of a direct contract with IFF upon good performance
Functie-eisen - Full-time availability in a 3-shift schedule
- Proficiency in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production environment
- Physically able to lift bags up to 23 kg
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working with strong scents on a daily basis
