What are you going to do As a Plant Production Employee, you'll work seated at a table, carefully placing plant cuttings into trays. It's detailed, focused work in a calm environment. Your tasks include:
Place good pieces of plants in tray's
Throw away bad pieces of the plant
Place full tray's on the belt
Workdays: monday - friday. Working hours: 06.45-16.00. Work 38 hours per week with an early end on fridays.
About the company You will work at a expert in Anthuriums and Orchids. People from many different countries work on the work floor, but it is one big family. Because it's seated work, you keep moving in the sports room and during the boot camp on Thursday. Breaks are spent in the open canteen with kitchen and large tables. Ideal for catching up! The manager is also very involved. This way you often get extras and the working atmosphere is calm. They work hard, but laugh even harder!
