Factory packer

As a production and packing worker at Uniekaas, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our cheese production line. Working in a clean and organized environment, you’ll handle cheese blocks, assist with packing, and ensure product quality. This role offers flexibility in shifts and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team. No prior experience? No problem – we’ll provide full on-the-job training to set you up for success.

What You Will Do:

• Place: cheese blocks on the production line to keep operations running efficiently.
• Pack: sliced cheese into boxes and prepare them for shipment to customers.
• Check: labels and product quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Maintain: a clean and safe work area by following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate: with your team to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

• Earn €15.52–€21.72 per hour, including shift allowances.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible hours: part-time (minimum 32 hours) or full-time.
• Travel expense reimbursement starting from 10 km one way.

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Reside near Kaatsheuvel or Waalwijk; commute independently.
• Speak Dutch and/or English fluently.
• Willing to work 3-shift rotations.
• Available at least 3 days per week for shifts.
• VMBO education level; production experience is a plus.
