Cirque du Soleil is world-renowned for its enchanting shows that push the boundaries of human performance and artistic expression. For the show Kurios in The Hague, we are looking for a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join the backstage kitchen team from October 23rd to January 4th. You will be working in an international environment, so a good command of the English language is required. Read on!

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Line Cook for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.

As a Line Cook at Cirque du Soleil, you are an essential part of the culinary team. You are responsible for preparing both hot and cold meals for the artists and crew, with attention to detail and quality.  Furthermore, you are also responsible for:
  • Preparing meals for Cirque staff, such as cutting vegetables, deboning meat, and making sauces
  • Cooking menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team
  • Keeping your workstation clean and organized, including handling leftovers
  • Replenishing stock correctly and on time
  • Following dietary guidelines, hygiene rules, and safety regulations
  • Guiding and supporting kitchen assistants in their tasks
