Are you looking for a job in a 3-shift system where you can start immediately as an operator with great opportunities to grow? At Biscuit International you can earn up to €22.14 gross per hour. Show good performance, and you can quickly get a permanent contract!

As an operator on the packaging department of the stroopwafel factory in Moordrecht, you play an important role in the production process. You set up the packaging machines and the chocolate machine, making sure they run smoothly and without mistakes. When problems occur, you solve technical issues and report them to the line leader or technical service.

You also take care of administrative tasks, such as keeping production data, registering machine problems, and documenting solutions. In addition, you join improvement groups, collect quality data, and always work according to HACCP rules, company guidelines, and safety standards.

You work with a modern, mostly automated production line.

Working hours (3 shifts, Monday to Friday): 

  • Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00

  • Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00

  • Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00 (first night starts Sunday evening)


Wat vragen wij van je:

  • Good knowledge of Dutch or English.

  • MBO+ level, preferably with a technical background.

  • Living in or near Moordrecht, Rotterdam, Zoetermeer, Ridderkerk, or Alphen aan den Rijn.

You will work via Actief Werkt! at Biscuit International, a European leader in biscuits, toast, and breakfast products.

Wat wij jou bieden:

  • Starting salary from €15.93 gross per hour. With proven experience, a higher salary is possible.

  • Shift allowance:

    • Between 18:00–03:00: +38%, up to €21.98 gross per hour.

    • Between 03:00–06:30: +39%, up to €22.14 gross per hour.

  • 8.33% holiday allowance.

  • Pension from your first working day.

  • 25 vacation days for a full-time contract.

  • Weekly payment on Tuesday, or every 4 weeks – you choose.

  • Travel allowance from 5 km one way, €0.23 per km.
