As a Guest Relations Officer, you're the primary point of contact for our guests and ensure they feel instantly welcome. You'll oversee the well-being of both guests and staff and ensure all departments are kept informed of important events. During your inspection rounds throughout the hotel, you'll pay close attention to cleanliness, technical issues, and compliance with house rules. If you notice anything, you'll take immediate action. You'll also personally welcome VIP guests and escort them to their rooms to ensure an unforgettable stay. No two days are the same in this dynamic role, and your proactive and service-oriented approach makes all the difference.
