Join our mission as a Medical Receptionist (m/f/d) to bring premium lipedema care to the Netherlands!
As part of the international expansion of our leading lipedema concept from Germany and Switzerland, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager (m/f/d) to lead the reception and organizational operations of our private clinic in the Netherlands. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and follows a patient-centered approach to set the highest standards in lipedema treatment.
- Reception & patient admission: Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Planning and conducting consultations: Organize and structure consultation processes, maintain an overview. Recognize the needs of our patients.
- Appointment coordination: Plan and confirm consultations and operations via channels such as telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Documentation and billing: Create and maintain digital patient records and generate invoices for initial consultations.
- Communication hub: Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and act as a central point of contact with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Clinic standards: Ensure order and hygiene in the consultation rooms.
- Inventory management: Order and manage office and medical supplies.
- Medical support: Assist with patient care, e.g., by creating patient records using 3D scanning technology and maintaining patient-specific calendars.
- Team collaboration: Communicate with front office teams at other locations.
- Marketing and practice development: Support marketing activities and participate in projects to improve clinic operations.
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), Hotel Specialist, Office Manager (m/f/d) with a degree in Healthcare / Management / with experience in the medical sector.
- Relevant experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment; medical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in Dutch, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools and IT systems.
- Willingness to learn about specialized medical topics and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and quality awareness.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for hygiene and order.
