You’ll provide actionable insights, support executive decisions, and play a pivotal role in our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.Your Key Responsibilities: As a Group Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving performance, ensuring financial discipline, and supporting strategic growth across Kiwa’s global business. You will:Lead Planning & Forecasting: Together with your team, drive global financial planning, control, and reporting processes. Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools to scale with Kiwa’s rapid growth.Business Partnering: Act as the primary financial partner for Spanish-speaking countries and other regions, advising on planning, performance, and financial strategy.KPI Development & Insight Generation: Develop meaningful KPIs and deliver fact-based analysis to monitor and improve business performance.Management Reporting: Support monthly financial reporting and quarterly forecasting cycles, including preparing detailed variance and gap analyses.Working Capital Optimization: Analyze key drivers (e.g., WIP, aged receivables) and collaborate with local teams to improve cash flow and capital efficiency.Risk & Opportunity Identification: Identify financial risks, uncover opportunities, and drive improvements in reporting and business control processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with teams across Accounting, Tax, Internal Control, and other finance disciplines to ensure cohesion and accuracy.Investment Review: Evaluate and challenge business cases and CapEx proposals to ensure financial soundness and strategic alignment prior to executive approval.Strategic Decision Support: Partner with the CFO, Corporate Finance Director, and Board members by providing actionable insights that shape business strategy.Executive Communication: Present findings and proposals to regional and corporate leadership, influencing decision-making across the organization.BI & Tooling Enhancement: Contribute to building a scalable Business Intelligence environment and support the development of finance IT tooling tailored to Kiwa’s needs.What You BringYou connect the dots, identify patterns, and propose solutions that drive impact. Dutch or other languages are a plus.Technical skills: Strong financial modelling capabilities; BI tool experience is advantageous.Soft skills: Solution-oriented, communicative, accountable, and flexible.
