VP of Engineering-Utrecht (SaaS/Hybrid/140k)
We are looking for a VP of Engineering to guide their software organization into its next phase of growth and maturity. After the merger of three companies, now rebranded as one, the mission is clear: bring structure, harmonize processes, and shape one unified culture across all engineering teams (50 FTE). The company is a leading tech company providing SaaS solutions.
As VP of Engineering, you will lead the function at a strategic and operational level. Your role is to create clarity, ensure technical excellence, and foster collaboration between Engineering, DevOps, QA, Delivery, and Customer Success. This means building scalable processes, aligning teams around common goals, and driving both performance and innovation.
This is more than a leadership role, it is about transforming three distinct organizations into one cohesive engineering company. You will be a key driver in defining how they delivers software, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across platforms, while inspiring and developing engineering leaders to reach their full potential. An important aspect of this role is your willingness to travel between the different company locations and that you speak dutch!
