SAP B1 Systems Manager (Business One) - English speaking - Arnhem, Netherlands (60% remote/40% onsite). Start Date: Flexible, October 2025 onwards. Permanent Job - End Client - Salary up to €110,000/annum + Bonus + Benefits

Our End client, a specialist production company, is looking to hire an SAP Systems Manager, who will be responsible for managing all SAP Business One Functionality across the group, as well as being the subject-matter expert on SAP Business One and supporting add-ons e.g Boyum usability pack & Codeless BPA.

This role is Managerial focused, needing strong management experience to talk with business owners and coordinate with the system integrator and support partners to drive delivery of a fit for purpose solution, however you should also have strong hands-on skills within SAP Business One - and be prepared to roll your sleeves up from time to time.

There are a range of global projects, including an upgrade and re-implementation of SAP Business One from current version 9.3 to the latest feature release of version 10. The role will also involve managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, focused on CRM and Sales functionality, with the support of an external service provider.

• Skills and experience needed:At least 4 years' experience as an SAP B1 ERP specialist with at least 6 years' experience of supporting and managing an ERP platform
• Good experience with Management and Coordination of SAP B1 / ERP projects.
• Experience with SAP version upgrades & migrations
• Experience of CSI, ITIL, change, service, patch and incident management.
• Significant database management experience
• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, scripting, coding languages, and business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 add-on tools - B1UP & BPA
• Practical experience of Data warehousing/ Business Intelligence / Data Architecture/ Data management
• Manufacturing industry experience
• API data integration and development
