About the Role :

The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience or interest in CAD, mechanical engineering, or automotive, looking to grow into a project management role. You will :

• Coordinate and support engineering project activities, from kickoff to completion
• Evaluate technical proposals and ideas from team members and provide structured feedback
• Communicate timelines, requirements, and changes to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with design and technical teams, particularly in mechanical design and CAD-based environments
• Assist in managing project documentation and reporting
• Facilitate alignment between engineering and non-technical departments

Your profile :

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role
• Background or interest in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, or CAD
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills; social and team-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
