Your role in the journey

As In-Room Dining Employee, you’ll be the face of our culinary service in the comfort of our guests’ rooms. With care and attention to detail, you’ll ensure every order is delivered with elegance and precision.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling food and beverage orders via phone or system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Providing guests with a refined and memorable dining experience in-room.
• Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Assisting in other F&B outlets when needed, contributing to a smooth and collaborative operation.

What you’ll bring

• A heart for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in F&B or room service in a luxury setting is a plus.
