Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
Your new role:
In the role of Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for all operational activities within sales. You will act as the point of contact for all customers across Europe and beyond. You will be in constant contact with customers and your colleagues from the Operations and Logistics team about product availability, delivery dates, forecasts, invoicing, payments, etc. You will process all customer orders in the ERP system accurately and quickly. You are proactive in your communication, always putting customer experience first! In this role you can make an impact.
What you will do:
- You will communicate with customers about availability, orders and shipments, invoices and payments
- Process orders in the ERP system and own the ordering process from order placement to Delivery
- Work with the logistics team for perfect order fulfilment and best customer service
- Own the Invoicing and AR management for which you will collaborate with the Finance team
- Assist the operations team with Forecasting and planning to ensure perfect availability

- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; speaking additional languages is a plus
- You have excellent MS Office skills
- You have a bachelor's degree or similar work level through experience
- You preferably have experience in a Administrative and / or sales role
