  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve sales goals and profitability
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects while building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users and distributors
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new accounts to support business expansion, while delivering exceptional customer service within the PPE segment
  • Ensure optimal market positioning and visibility of our products, with a focus on sustainable order intake
  • Execute targeted sales strategies and customer meetings to strengthen HAIX's presence in the market
  • Train the sales teams of our partners and equip them with the knowledge and tools to successfully sell our products
  • Coordinate and further develop all sales activities in your territory with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Contribute to sales and marketing projects and play an active role in shaping HAIX's continued growth

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, combined with several years of sales experience, ideally in PPE, Workwear, or other technical products
  • A passion for selling complex, consultative products – you understand them deeply and present them convincingly
  • Proven ability to work independently, organize yourself efficiently, and actively shape your market
  • Proficient in MS Office, fluent in Dutch (native level) and English; German and/or French are a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your sales territory
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
