The Role

As our Beauty Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the product development of our in-house beauty brands. From innovative formulations to strategic supplier partnerships, you will bring exciting new products to life, working at speed while keeping quality and creativity at the core.

This role is perfect for someone with determination, persistence and an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who is passionate about beauty, product innovation and brand building and eager to leave their mark on the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for our in-house beauty brands;
• Ensure all products align with brand identity, positioning and customer needs;
• Manage multiple critical paths and quality control across projects;
• Support the creation of go-to-market strategies for new product launches;
• Track key project milestones and communicate updates to internal and external partners;
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress to ensure timely completion;
• Maintain and update project plans, reporting issues and risks proactively;
• Support the ordering and tracking of production orders;
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers and manufacturers;
• Drive innovation and explore all possibilities to get the best results from suppliers;
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency;
• Serve as the communication hub between internal teams and external partners;
• Understand and monitor customers’ supply chain planning requirements;
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor innovations and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field;
• 3–5 years’ experience in project/account management, product development or similar roles, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or FMCG;
• Passion for beauty, product innovation and brand-building;
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects including data, file management and reporting;
• Enthusiasm for international assignments and cross-border collaboration;
• Clear and effective communication skills in both oral and written English (Spanish is a plus);
• Solution-oriented with a hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude;
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail;
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams;
• Creative, passionate and self-disciplined with a focus on quality delivery.
