Identity and access management

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or similar IAM tools).
• Proven experience in migration projects from one IGA solution to another.
• Ability to collect information through interviews and research, and summarize for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and executing communication plans.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and policy frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills in English.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
