What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: €2,800–€4,000 gross/month (based on experience)

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce player in the leisure travel space, operating across 7 European markets with over 5,000 hotel partners. Their platform helps consumers discover the best short-stay deals while supporting hotels with visibility, marketing, and bookings.

The company is expanding its presence in the German-speaking market (DACH) and is hiring a Sales Manager to lead growth, build relationships, and coach junior colleagues.


The Role:

As Sales Manager DACH, you’ll manage a portfolio of A-accounts and chain hotels, negotiate new partnerships, and ensure visibility of deals on the platform. You’ll work closely with marketing, contribute to team development, and occasionally travel to Germany to meet clients.

This is a hybrid role combining sales and account management - ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and understands the hospitality industry. Approximately 75/80% on existing clients, and 25/20% on new business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners in Germany
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals
  • Ensure visibility of offers on the platform
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and respond to developments
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate property data
  • Travel to Germany every 6–8 weeks for client visits


About you:

  • Experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Background in hospitality or tourism preferred
  • Fluent/native German + strong English
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and deal negotiation
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Strong communicator with a relationship-first mindset
  • Based in or near Haarlem (or willing to commute 3x/week)
