Your team

You will be part of our partnerships team. A small but powerful group with impact across the Nordics, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany. The team brings deep experience and strong commercial instincts to the table. They know how to build relationships that move the business forward.


As a sales representative, you will be at the heart of that. You will join a collaborative team that is driven by ownership, curiosity and ambition.


Your mission

Your mission is to help Leat grow by finding and connecting with the right partners, from tech platforms to solution providers. You will focus on creating meaningful partnerships that support our long term goals and help position Leat as the most user friendly loyalty platform in Europe.

You will work closely with colleagues across product, marketing and sales, and be involved from first contact all the way to successful collaboration.


This is a commercial role with a partnership mindset. It is all about building connections that create value – for Leat, for our partners and for our customers.


What you will do

  • Identify and connect with potential partners.
  • Help shape and support strong, long term partner relationships.
  • Work with cross functional teams to make sure partnerships run smoothly.
  • Contribute to our commercial roadmap and product strategy.
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Represent Leat in conversations with both new and existing partners.

Who you are

For this position, you should:

  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or partnerships.
  • Enjoy connecting with people and building trust.
  • Bring energy and serve as a go to person for both partners and colleagues.
  • Be commercially sharp and understand what drives a business.
  • Think strategically but know how to take action.
  • Take ownership and get things done.
  • Be confident representing the company in key conversations.
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently.
