Field Sales Account Manager - Valves

Business Unit & Position Summary:

Field Sales Account Manager - Valves is a key contributor with responsibility for sales and margin within the territory of the Netherlands.


Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and prospects to identify new opportunities
  • Sell solutions, not just individual parts to create added value for clients
  • Drive new business and cross-selling with existing clients
  • Prepare offers, tenders, and RFQs in cooperation with the internal sales team
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth of the international portfolio by collaborating with colleagues from other product groups


Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s level education (HBO), preferably technical-commercial.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally within an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of valves and the industrial market.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Technical insight combined with strong commercial drive.
  • Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and confidence to take initiative.
