NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to:
- strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
- contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
- improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
- inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Key Expert: IT Expert (Cat. I or II)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in computer science/IT/math/statistics OR equivalent training + experience.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure (hardware/software), communications (satellite, GPS, VHF/HF), website management, and CMS.
- Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C2).
General Experience:
- Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in IT infrastructure for international operations.
Specific Experience:
- Work in difficult logistical environments.
- IT system design and maintenance.
- Election observation mission experience (asset).
