FunctieomschrijvingWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Maastricht. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for over 20 customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, and other global business units to support our customers from order to billing.The role is a temporarly role for 6-7 months, depending on the starting date (pref October), due to a maternity leave cover.
