For our European headquarters in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Supply Chain Planner starting the 1st of January 2026!


As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from international suppliers to our Dutch warehouse whilst balancing between sales budget and available production capacity at factory level. This role involves demand and inventory planning, coordination with Sales & Marketing teams and suppliers/factories and continuous process optimization / analysis to support business growth and customer satisfaction.



In this role, you will have the following tasks:


Demand Planning & Forecasting:

  • Analyse historical sales data & forward orderbook vs sales companies forecasts to build a demand.
  • Responsible for maintaining a continuous availability of core products, ensuring a 'Never Out of Stock' position through proactive inventory planning and supply coordination.
  • Close collaboration with sales and product teams to align forecasts with business objectives in order to improve planned stock levels.


Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Optimize inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels in line with sales plans.
  • Proactive internal approach to prevent and manage close out / obsolete stock


Procurement Coordination:

  • Liaise with purchasing and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.


Logistics & Distribution:

  • Project related support if required


Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose solutions.
  • Implement best practices and digital tools to enhance planning accuracy.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain KPIs related to inventory turnover, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review.

What do we ask?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a trading or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial decision making capability
  • European travelling can be required
