The Role
- Lead, inspire, and empower your team to exceed ambitious growth targets.
- Put clear, measurable KPIs in place across all functions and review progress monthly.
- Drive sales conversion and implement strategies that maximise revenue and profit.
- Build a deep understanding of our customers, ensuring solutions meet and exceed their expectations.
- Stay ahead of market trends to keep pricing and offerings competitive.
- Represent the brand with impact - building high-level networks, gaining market intelligence, and creating opportunities.
What You Bring
- Experience as a current Managing Director or General Manager with full P&L ownership.
- A proven record of delivering sustained commercial growth and operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership skills - you know how to hire, develop, and retain the best.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to influence revenue and profit levers.
- Highly organised with a focus on priorities, milestones, and accurate reporting.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build influential senior-level relationships.
- A strong track record of delivering monthly improvements in sales revenue.
- Demonstrable experience of tightly controlling costs.
- Experience of working in a matrix company where you need to work collaboratively across functions to deliver results.
- Used to working at pace, with short sales cycle times.
- Hands-on leadership style, accepts there is a hierarchy and some decisions are taken centrally.
