Develop and sign new dealers (wholesalers, distributors, agents) in target European markets, expand channel coverage, and build long-term partnerships.
Create and implement regional sales plans, set and track targets for dealers, monitor shipments and inventory turnover to ensure sales goals are met.
Research market demand, analyze competitor channel strategies and product performance, and provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Deliver product training and sales enablement sessions, support dealers in planning promotional activities to boost sell-through rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience in the garden tools industry, with a solid understanding of dealer development processes; existing network in the European market is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe; strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, and highly goal-oriented.
