Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sign new dealers (wholesalers, distributors, agents) in target European markets, expand channel coverage, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Create and implement regional sales plans, set and track targets for dealers, monitor shipments and inventory turnover to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Research market demand, analyze competitor channel strategies and product performance, and provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Deliver product training and sales enablement sessions, support dealers in planning promotional activities to boost sell-through rates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience in the garden tools industry, with a solid understanding of dealer development processes; existing network in the European market is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe; strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, and highly goal-oriented.
