Our client, a top-tier mid-market private equity fund, is seeking a highly driven Investment Associate to join their growing team in Amsterdam. The fund has a strong track record of partnering with ambitious businesses, driving growth, and creating long-term value across sectors.


This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative investment team where you’ll gain hands-on deal exposure from day one and work closely with senior professionals on high-impact transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis to build and support investment theses.
  • Partner with senior team members to prepare investment materials and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic and operational improvements.


  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a similar high-performance environment (private equity or M&A exposure is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and comfortable in an international environment.
  • Proactive, driven, and excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
