About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll focus on generating new business in strategic verticals within the MidMarket and Enterprise segments. You'll work closely with marketing and Jr Account executives and help grow our customer base through consultative selling.
What You’ll Do- Lead new business sales in tech, legal, consultancy, public sector, FMCG and Retail
- Manage full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close
- You actively build your sales funnel by targeting cold and semi-warm leads (as part of outreach campaigns) via LinkedIn, cold calling, and events.
- You build long-term client relationships and independently close new partnerships.
- You contribute ideas for strategic campaigns to further optimize inbound conversion.
- You ensure a well-filled sales funnel and know how to convert it consistently.
- You work closely with your colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Develop account strategies for mid- and large sized clients
- Collaborate on upsell and strategic expansion
What You Bring- 4-6 years experience in SaaS or recruitment agency sales
- Being comfortable with the SPICED and or MEDDIC methodology is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Track record of closing mid/large enterprise deals
- Self-starter with consultative mindset
- You have experience with consistently managing your projects in a CRM system (we currently use HubSpot) and feel confident in working towards sales targets and providing a predictable forecast.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
