Then we're looking for you to lead our Rotterdam-based sales team.We are seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to manage a compact but ambitious team of 3-4 hunter-type salespeople. These professionals are focused on acquiring new business and building strong portfolios with larger customers. You'll lead by example, bringing in new business yourself and setting the tone for success.Your RoleYou'll be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our Rotterdam office, with a strong focus on both import and export flows. You'll manage a team of internal and external sales professionals, and play a key role in expanding our customer base, maintaining international relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.This role is office-based, with 2-3 days hybrid work and regular customer visits.
