Minimum 7 years experience with ServiceNow-development in UX-design
Earnings within the banks sector
Kennis van ServiceNow-modules such as ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management en Knowledge Management
Experimenting with Figma in working in Scrum-teams
Experience with the giving of UI/UX-workshops and the options of User Personas
Technical understanding and experience as Technical Lead is a priority
HBO- of WO-training level
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
