Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic German speaking Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team and guide customers through the early stages of their journey with our CPQ software. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and identify how Elfsquad fits into their existing IT landscape while delivering real value. You'll demonstrate the value of our software, define the scope of implementation, outline project phases, and ensure a smooth setup for a successful implementation. As the bridge between the customer, sales, and our customer experience team, you'll combine technical expertise with strategic insight to lay the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers during the orientation phase through demos and deep dives
- Define requirements, optimal process flows, and application landscapes with integrations
- Advise customers based on best practices to generate maximum value using Elfsquad
- Translate requirements into a phased implementation plan for Elfsquad
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent customer journey
- Substantiate value (ROI, pain points, value-based arguments)
- Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams
- Support customer success initiatives
Your Profile- Self-starter who anticipates and addresses internal and external challenges proactively
- Proven experience in consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably with IT solutions or CPQ/ERP software
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at evaluating a customer’s IT environment to identify integration opportunities and challenges, ensuring smooth and scalable implementation
- Solid understanding of customer business challenges and objectives with the ability to align CPQ solutions accordingly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, and adaptable in approach
- Affinity with the manufacturing industry and ERP/CPQ systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Clear explainer, good listener, and quick to adapt
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and customer-focused mindset
- Technically and commercially oriented (HBO/WO-level education)
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
