Depositary Officer - Dutch speaking (m/f)
Responsibilities
Client Work
- Completion and review of depositary activities for your own funds including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight tasks according to the A to Z model
- You manage the work programs for your funds in such way that you meet the internal and external client deadlines
- Liaising with the client service directors and team leads to build strong relationships with clients
- You keep up to date with relevant AIFMD, Wft or other relevant legislations and you have these legislations in mind when processing your tasks
- Participate actively in client meetings
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
- Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators
- Preparing relevant documentation for notification of new funds to regulator
Internal work/projects
- Support local and regional management
- Preparation of local regulatory reporting
- Participate in projects when this is requested
- Follow all relevant internal trainings in time
Profile
- At least 3/5 years of relevant experience
- Client focused attitude; will keep the interests of the client in mind and pro-actively contact client when needed
- Fluent in English and strong level in Dutch
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team
- You take ownership of issues and problems and do not redirect the challenges
- You are willing to learn and further develop yourselves
- Be focused on solutions – propose solutions to issues rather than just escalating issues
