Sales Officer – HD Hyundai Marine Solution Europe

Summary of position of Sales Officer:

• Acquiring orders from clients (Ship Management Companies)
• Sales for spare parts of Marine Engines
• Coordinating the delivery of orders by communicating with clients and warehouse

Activities Sales Officer:

• Client Orders: Acquire and process orders from ship management companies.
• Sales & Quotation: Sell and provide price quotes for marine engine spare parts.
• Order Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing by communicating with clients, the warehouse, and logistics.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
• Follow up on outstanding payments.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Speak fluent English
• Have experience with dealing with B2B (is a plus)
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Be enthusiastic and have a positive mindset
• Have a valid work permit

We will offer you the following;

• Salary: € 2.800 up to € 3.000 per month according to experience
• Health allowance: € 250 gross per month
• Holiday allowance: 8.0%

• 25 vacation days based on a 12-month contract
