Our client, a high-growth scale-up in the payments technology space, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise segments in EMEA and North America. This is a remote-first role offering a unique opportunity to join a category-defining platform that enables global merchants to optimize and secure their payment operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from $50K to high six-figure ARR SaaS contracts.
  • Self-source at least 20% of qualified pipeline through outbound and partner-led motions.
  • Navigate RFPs, security reviews, technical workshops, and procurement processes across diverse global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Product to accelerate deals.
  • Use structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Gap Selling) to maintain forecast accuracy and drive measurable customer value.


Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of success in quota-carrying SaaS or payments technology sales roles.
  • Proven ability to close large-scale deals with enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, tokenization, PCI compliance, and orchestration technologies.
  • Comfortable selling across both EMEA and U.S. markets, with familiarity in local buying norms and regulations.
  • Process-driven with strong project management skills and executive communication abilities. Additional Assets
  • Experience with payment service providers (PSPs) and sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
