Your Role:
We're looking for an IT Support Employee to strengthen our IT department's service desk. As an ICT Employee, you will play a key role within our ICT team. You ensure that our systems run smoothly, provide support to colleagues with all kinds off IT technical questions, and contribute to improving a securing our IT environment. This role is crucial to our operations. You'll be the first point of contact for all IT issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
What You Will Do:
· Incident Management: Register, analyze, and resolve reported IT issues and service requests in TOPdesk.
· Service Delivery: Maintain an overview of all ongoing issues and escalate problems when necessary, proactively monitoring their progress to ensure timely resolution.
· User Management: Onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary IT equipment and software.
· Asset Management: Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate registration in TOPdesk.
· Software Installation: Install and configure computer software on company laptops.
· Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base to improve future support efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
• Experience: Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, minimum 3-5 years.
• Service-Oriented Mindset: A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. You’re a great listener and can clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Technical Skills: You are familiar with common IT issues and have experience with software installation and configuration.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and find effective solutions.
• System Knowledge: Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool; direct experience with TOPdesk is a significant advantage.
• A proactive mindset, flexible attitude with a customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• You have a driving licence category B.
