In this role, you will perform advanced laboratory techniques to evaluate drug safety and effectiveness. You will also contribute to optimizing protocols, analysing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various flow cytometry tests to assess the impact of drugs.
• Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, troubleshooting when necessary.
• Help refine and improve testing methods to ensure reliable results.
• Analyse complex data using specialized software and provide insights for decision-making.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all procedures, results, and observations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Practical experience with flow cytometry, including running tests, analysing data, and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and document processes accurately.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies and methods.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills.
