Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement RGM strategies in Benelux to deliver sustainable revenue and GP/case growth.
Build capabilities across all RGM pillars: Pricing, Promotions, Price Pack Architecture, and Mix Management.
Develop frameworks, tools, and guidelines to optimize commercial investments and promotional spend.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to identify opportunities, set contracts, and commercialize strategies.
Ensure pricing strategies align with global standards and deliver defensible net prices across channels and customers.
Standardize and simplify RGM practices across Benelux, contributing to a unified European approach.
Support the IAP (Integrated Activity Planning) process by embedding pricing and promotional initiatives.
