Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement RGM strategies in Benelux to deliver sustainable revenue and GP/case growth.
  • Build capabilities across all RGM pillars: Pricing, Promotions, Price Pack Architecture, and Mix Management.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and guidelines to optimize commercial investments and promotional spend.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to identify opportunities, set contracts, and commercialize strategies.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with global standards and deliver defensible net prices across channels and customers.
  • Standardize and simplify RGM practices across Benelux, contributing to a unified European approach.
  • Support the IAP (Integrated Activity Planning) process by embedding pricing and promotional initiatives.


Must-Have Skills

  • Proven Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience
  • Strong Sales background with commercial acumen
  • Solid Pricing Strategy expertise
  • Knowledge of the Benelux market dynamics
  • Experience in FMCG industry
