Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has:
- Pre-university education and an academic degree with a numerical component (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering).
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with the ability to quickly understand new contexts.
- The capability to distinguish core issues from side issues and present insights clearly.
- A proactive, curious mindset combined with strong social and communication skills.
- Courage, perseverance, and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in industries such as Infrastructure & Transport, Financial Services, Public, Retail, or Industrials.
- Experience managing or coaching junior consultants.
- Exposure to both strategic problem-solving and implementation projects.
What you’ll do
As a (Senior) Consultant Strategy & Transformation, you will:
- Analyze organizational performance and industry dynamics.
- Develop and present strategic options that improve business performance.
- Support senior executives with transformations and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create buy-in and align on direction.
- Manage and coach strategy consultants on projects and support their professional growth.
- Play an active role in business development, contributing to proposals and identifying new opportunities.
- Support the further development of the Strategy & Transformation practice within the consultancy.
