Manpower is looking for a Payroll & People Admin
Professional for our client in Rotterdam.

This is what you’ll do

  • Process monthly payroll for designated EMEA countries in
    collaboration with external vendors
  • Ensure
    full compliance with local legislation and company policies
  • Handle HR administration tasks including
    onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes
  • Manage sick leave and pension documentation
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee
    queries via the ServiceNow ticket system
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as
    HR and Finance to streamline service delivery
  • Maintain process documentation and create
    knowledge articles to support internal self-service

Functie-eisen

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
    Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of experience in payroll
    and personnel administration, preferably in an international
    setting
  • Native-level Dutch and excellent
    command of the English language
  • Experience
    with case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive
    mindset
  • A structured, quality-driven way of
    working
  • A team-oriented attitude and eagerness
    to grow in a dynamic, evolving environment
