Job Description

As a Welding Robot Operator, you are a key player in the production process. You are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring welding robots. You ensure that the robots operate accurately according to specifications and contribute to the production of high-quality metal components


What You Will Do:

  • Set up and program welding robots for various production tasks.
  • Oversee the quality of the welds and adjust robot settings as needed.
  • Perform maintenance on robots to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production colleagues to maximize process efficiency.
  • Inspect welded components for quality and compliance with standards.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the department.


Job Requirements
  • Experience in operating welding robots or similar machinery in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of various welding techniques and an understanding of metalworking.
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Welding Certificate MIG/MAG 1
  • Technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
  • Independence, accuracy, and attention to detail.


Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from €2,400 to €2,700 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
