Our partner, a prominent manufacturer specializing in furnace deposition and
diffusion solutions for advanced coatings and high-value devices, is seeking a
dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer (CPO). This key leadership role is
crucial to driving the company’s growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing technology-driven
products, a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, and a
keen interest in staying updated with rapid developments in the industry. Reporting
directly to the CEO, the CPO will be part of the senior leadership team and
responsible for strategic product management as well as tactical inbound and
outbound activities to ensure the successful delivery and marketing of the company’s
products.
To excel in this role, the CPO must leverage market insights gained through industry,
customer, and competitor research to define compelling value propositions, ensure
appropriate product positioning, and build robust financial business cases. These
insights will support the development and ongoing refinement of a strategic product
vision, as well as the creation and maintenance of technology and product roadmaps.
The company operates with a lean organizational structure, fostering open
communication and providing employees with the opportunity to make a significant
impact. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), with the option to work remotely
up to 40% of the time.
A higher degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a productmanager in a technical product
environment.
