Extensive experience in ERP solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.Deep understanding of supply chain processes and how to optimize them using digital tools and AI.Hands-on experience with Azure, Power Platform, and system integrations.Familiarity with Avanade tools and delivery methodologies is a strong advantage.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams.Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations from design through to go-live and support.

Architect and lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions, tailored to complex enterprise needs.Define the functional architecture and ensure it aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, technical architects, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, both onshore and offshore, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.Support presales efforts, including solution design, effort estimation, staffing models, and delivery planning using Avanade methodologies.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring Microsoft’s latest innovations, including AI and automation in supply chain processes.
