We are looking for a Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in ManageEngine—particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), or similar security platforms. In this role, you'll take center stage as a trusted advisor, helping prospective customers understand and experience the value of our comprehensive IT security management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects and customers (both online and on-site) to understand business and technical needs.
Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client environments.
Translate business requirements into tailored ManageEngine Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Information and Event Management solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive solution alignment and deal closure.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
Stay updated with product developments, features, and roadmaps & Provide feedback to product teams for continual improvement.
Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their IT Security challenges and implement tailored solutions using ManageEngine products.
Represent ManageEngine at industry events, user groups, and conferences to showcase our solutions.
RequirementsExperienced in cybersecurity and information security, with a strong understanding of industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, and Zero Trust security models.
Practical experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and identity federations including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Hands-on experience with comparable tools such as CyberArk, Beyond trust, One identity, ARCON PAM, Okta, Azure AD, or equivalent platforms is required.
Certifications around Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) could be a value add.
Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Dutch required.

Please note that this role is based in Utrecht and will require periodic travel.

Requirements
IT Expertise: Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT operations management, IT security, and observability. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a technical consulting role, particularly in IT operations management and IT security. Monitoring & Security Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platforms is essential. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. Travel: Flexibility to travel extensively within the UK and Ireland, often at short notice. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively. UK passport or valid work authorization is required. Key Responsibilities: Presales Engagement: Conduct end-to-end presales activities, including face-to-face and virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and POCs for ManageEngine solutions. Customer Success: Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, provide technical guidance, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Technical Consultancy: Act as a technical SPOC for strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions for IT service management (ITSM), security, IAM, PAM, and more. Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring trust and collaboration at every level. RFI/RFP Management: Respond to RFI/RFP requests with detailed technical insights and proposals. Training & Collaboration: Conduct training sessions for resellers/partners and collaborate with engineering teams to stay updated on product developments. Compliance Support: Assist customers with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards using ManageEngine tools.
