Senior HR Business Partner – Global Consumer Functions

Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across high-impact global functions – including Marketing & Portfolio, Insights and Science & Regulatory Affairs.
This is more than a business partner role. It’s a chance to influence transformation, drive talent strategy, and help build a culture where people thrive. You’ll work closely with three senior global leaders and report to the P&C Director for Global Consumer Functions, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and the broader People & Culture community.
Responsibilities:
Shape the People Strategy: Define and deliver the P&C agenda for global consumer functions, aligned with long-term business goals.
Drive Transformation: Lead change initiatives and employee engagement programs that support business evolution.
Build Talent Pipelines: Develop global talent and succession plans in collaboration with regional HR teams and COEs.
Lead Reward Strategy: Partner with the Reward COE to manage benchmarking, compensation cycles, and senior mobility.
Coach Senior Leaders: Strengthen leadership team effectiveness, foster inclusive culture, and embed company values.
Manage Performance Processes: Oversee mid-year and year-end reviews, ensuring clarity and consistency across functions.
Champion Learning & Development: Collaborate with COEs to shape functional capability-building and succession planning.
Navigate Employee Relations: Lead ER strategies that support change with minimal disruption and high engagement.
Contribute to the Global HR Community: Share best practices, mentor junior HR professionals, and support cross-functional initiatives. Who are we looking for?
5+ years’ HR experience in a global FMCG or matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven HR generalist expertise with strategic commercial acumen
Experience leading change and transformation
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills
High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
