The Team

Our Supply Chain Management department is comprised of dedicated professionals, including warehouse employees, buyers, expedition and customs officers, and the Supply Chain Manager. Together, this diverse team of talented individuals is committed to ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations across all aspects of our supply chain.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As a Warehouse Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and checking incoming goods, organizing inventory, executing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate stock counts. Your dedication to maintaining a well-organized warehouse will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and overall operational success. The scope of your work is local, and your primary work location will be in our warehouse in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process incoming shipments, including administrative tasks such as documentation and labelling.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
  • Prepare batches of goods for outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labelling.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfil urgent requests and ensure timely handling of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • Native or conversational Dutch speaker.

    • This is what we ask of you:

  • 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Vocational education in logistics.
  • In possession of a forklift truck certificate.
  • In possession of a stacker certificate.
  • In possession of own transportation.
  • VCA certificate is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience is a plus.
