For our client we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM). As a SRM you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients. In our dynamic and fast-paced industry, your knowledge in Foreign Exchange and, International Payments will be essential in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide the right solutions, add value and ensure the highest standards of service. As a natural thought leader, you will coach and mentor your own team of hungry and enthusiastic Business Development Managers (BDMs), and this will be a fundamental aspect of your role as you support the company's culture of continuous learning. You will be a role model for your team, and the wider Sales team by sharing your knowledge and experience to develop their skills and enhance their performance. Through leveraging your industry knowledge and strategic insight, you will contribute significantly to the revenue, growth and company's continued success. You will be a powerful yet diplomatic driver within the business, having ownership of your individual and team target, including a new business target, and you will remain accountable for this throughout the year. You will help articulate and deliver our ambitious 5-year plan; a huge opportunity to shape and deliver massive growth of this international payments business.Requirements
• An experienced professional with 7+ years of industry experience within a senior sales role that has expertise in Foreign Exchange and Internation payments and hedging.
