The Center of Excellence Operational Services (CoE OS) at the company in boxmeer plays a pivotal role, offering support to various production departments, R&D, and Quality. Core areas include Maintenance & Reliability, Validation, Asset Management & Improvement, Site Engineering, and Facility Management.
Job Description:
As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (M&R Engineer), you will be central to ensuring the robustness of maintenance technology and supporting maintenance systems. Your responsibilities will encompass:
• Analyzing and advising to enhance the reliability of technical systems while minimizing life cycle costs;
• Drafting maintenance plans, inclusive of cost estimates and required spare parts;
• Reviewing maintenance data to pinpoint areas of improvement for equipment performance and maintenance strategies;
• Bridging the gap between production processes and utilized equipment, providing support during technical disruptions;
• Offering expertise in Maintenance across various projects, from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial Automation, or Maintenance Engineering;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within Maintenance & Reliability Engineering;
• Familiarity with GxP and HSE guidelines;
• Proficiency in SAP PM is advantageous;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to craft detailed reports and improvement plans;
• Strong communication skills across strategic, tactical, and operational levels;
