As a Business Analyst, you will support the Head of Strategy and play a crucial role in driving the execution of our long-term organisational strategy. Your strategic advice will empower leaders with data-driven insights, enabling them to make informed strategic decisions. By analysing market trends and customer data, you will identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth. This data-driven approach minimises the risk of errors and ensures that business strategies align with actual data and market conditions.

You will provide proactive information based on your analysis, experience, and knowledge. In addition, you will assist in creating monthly reports, providing comments and insights to ensure we remain on track. You will lead or support strategy-related processes and improvements, or strategic projects identified through your data insights. You will address business problems with a long-term perspective while assisting and leading in short-term needs (projects) when necessary.

By rationalizing the decision-making process with your quantifications and visualizations, management will be able to make better decisions. Through your helicopter view and excellent reporting skills, you are able to identify the root causes of problems, in close cooperation with the business owner. You will translate the business needs into actionable user stories for team members to work with.

• Develop and provide relevant insights that enable decision-makers to make informed decisions.
• Analyse market trends and industry data to position the organisation for future success.
• Create a consolidated reporting tool to track the Ausnutria B.V. progress against strategic goals on a monthly basis.
• Conduct financial analysis of the strategic plan, providing adjustment proposals and scenario deep-dives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Proactively initiate company-wide process improvements based on data analysis, experience, and knowledge.
• Perform financial analysis for business cases, overseeing company-wide impact and ensuring decisions are based on accurate assumptions and data.
• Collaborate with and advise stakeholders, including project sponsors, steering committees, project leads, plant managers, directors, and department heads.
• Leading cross functional, strategic, high impact project and improvements using CI tools.

• At least a completed Bachelor degree with a technical business / finance orientated angle; 
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a business analytical role; 
• Being able to work in a dynamic environment; 
• You are analytic, statistic and quality-oriented; 
• You easily connect with the people in the organization to build up you network; 
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language. 
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex matters for senior stakeholders.
• Capability to manage processes and realise projects within time and budget.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
