This company in Wateringen is looking for an Operator to join the bakery team. You earn between € 18.00 and € 20.00 gross per hour, with extra allowances on top. You will work in a friendly team with a good atmosphere.

Over de functie

As an Operator you work in a large industrial bakery that makes fresh bread every day for supermarkets across the Netherlands. You use modern machines and take care of the whole process, from mixing ingredients to baking the bread. You make sure everything runs smoothly and the quality stays high.

Your tasks:

  • Mixing ingredients and kneading dough;
  • Placing dough in tins and letting it rise;
  • Baking bread and adding seeds if needed;
  • Checking the production process and solving small problems;
  • Working in a 3-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00).

  • Gross hourly wage between € 18.00 and € 20.00, excl. allowances;
  • Extra pay for shifts: 30% allowance for evening/night and Saturday, 100% allowance for Sunday and public holidays;
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
  • Travel allowance if you use your own transport;

  • Experience as an Operator, machine operator, or in a similar production role;
  • Good Dutch or English language skills (to read recipes);
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
  • Eye for detail and quality;
  • Reliability and motivation.
