We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Finance) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. This role involves collaborating with various departments to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes.
This is an exciting position which offers you an opportunity to gain experience managing various stakeholders for the operations of an international company.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Review of performance of indirect sales channels and subsequent commission calculations;
Keep business KPIs up to date in PowerBI, propose actions based upon the outcomes of these KPIs;
Develop new dashboards in PowerBI based upon business needs;
Update templates for sales contracts and deals calculation templates;
Assist in finance activities, including management presentations, review of cost center structure, PO creation for certain departments;
Assist in (external) audits;
Implement process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, if applicable.
Who are you ?
To be successful as Business Analyst this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
You have at least 3 years relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
You show a hands-on approach regarding the financial performance of the business, diving deep into the numbers and their background, taking pride in ensuring high quality and timely reports;
You lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to become fully engaged in all key initiatives;
You apply intellectual acuity and business insights to advice on strategic and commercial items;
You need to be proficient with Excel. Experience with PowerBI and SAP is a plus.
