In this role, you have the opportunity to play a
pivotal role in fostering the growth of an Innovation Engineering
team as an Electrical Designer, bringing expertise in the
mechatronics domain.

As an Electrical Designer,
you will collaborate within a diverse project team, comprising
highly skilled technical experts from both the Innovation
Engineering team and the customer. Your involvement spans the
design, implementation, testing, and integration of the electrical
components for mechatronics equipment. Addressing critical
elements in sophisticated mechatronic systems, such as advanced
motion control and precise measurements, you will contribute to the
development of the electrical architecture.

You
are entrusted with:

  • Contributing to
    the electrical architecture of
    modules/subassemblies.
  • Designing and
    documenting electrical modules/subassemblies, including E-cabinet
    design, cabling, interfacing, connectors, and E-cabinet
    design.
  • Executing these tasks in an environment
    adhering to healthcare electrical guidelines such as IEC-60601 and
    ISO 13485.

You are a part of the Mechatronics &
Manufacturing Systems department within the Innovation Engineering
team, dedicated to the specification, design, and realization of
cutting-edge mechatronic solutions. Within this department, your
possibly future group oversees the electrical and software control
aspects of these products.

customers in swiftly and efficiently bringing their innovations to

Functie-eisen

To
succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and
experience:

  • A Bachelor degree in
    electrical engineering;
  • 2 to 5 years work
    experience, preferably some years in a high-tech
    environment;
  • Are a proven team
    player;
  • A customer centric
    attitude;
  • Are able to make a work break down
    and a planning for your own work;
  • You have
    technical experience and knowledge about electrical cabinet design
    and the electrical interfacing to equipment or
    machinery;
  • Knowledge of electrical components
    for industrial automation;
  • Knowledge of motion
    control solutions (servo technology);
  • Are able
    to make detailed wirings of cabling, field boxes, and electrical
    cabinets;
  • Are able to make test specifications,
    and execute these tests;
  • Experience with CE,
    EMC and UL regulations;
  • Are an experienced user
    of EPlan.
